On the ground floor:
There is a spacious, fully fitted kitchen with built in electric
oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer,washing machine, dishwasher
and microwave, and breakfast bar with stools.
The breakfast/dining room has stunning views and French doors
leading onto patio.
The comfortable lounge has a woodburning stove to give a warm glow
on those colder evenings. There is a a widescreen tv, dvd player
and cd/radio player for your entertainment. Guide books, maps and
local information are provided to help you plan your days.
There is a rear drying room for boots and coats, with ironing facilities.
On the first floor:
Double bedroom with en-suite shower room -
spacious electric shower, heated towel rail, basin with shaverlight
and toilet.
Twin-bedded room.
Double bedded room.
Single room with extra pull-out bed suitable for a child.
 
The
main family bathroom is fitted with a large quadrant shower
cubicle with electric shower, bath, basin with shaverlight,
heated towel rail and toilet.
All the bedrooms are fully carpeted and attractively furnished
in pine. All bed linen is provided.
Towels are not provided but may be hired at £5 per set (bath and hand towel)
if booked in advance.
Outside:
There is a large garden to front of
house with patio area and furniture. The car park is adjacent
to the house and there is ample room for 3 cars.
Well-behaved dogs (maximum 3) are welcome but should be kept
under close control as the house is situated directly adjacent
to a working farm.
All electric and oil-fired central heating included in the rent
and a complimentary bag of logs for the stove is also provided
(further logs, kindling and suitable coal available for purchase
if required).
